Campouts

Medical Records

Medical Records are required each year for everyone attending campouts. This applies to children and adults.

Read the FAQ, and then fill out the form (PDF). Note that we are only required to fill out sections A and B of the Medical Record Form. The physical examination is not required since we do not have outings that last more than 72 hours.

Youth Protection Training

Youth Protection Training is required by all adults attending a campout. This training takes about 20 minutes to complete, and must be done every two years. Make sure that you print out your certification of completion when you are done and submit a copy to the Pack Committee. See the Training page for more details.
